GET back to feeling great and doing what you love
DR. CASEY MEEHAN
OSTEOPATH
MEET CASEY
Casey is as down-to-earth as they come. You can feel his genuine desire to help people feel better and stay active. We regularly hear that he has a wisdom and presence beyond his years. He is a confident manipulator, not afraid to get into some deep soft tissue, but also works with more rhythmic tissue release techniques, designed to improve mobility and promote joint health.
You’ll love his ability to adapt his strength to your needs. He has the power to work effectively with tradies and footballers, and yet many of his most loyal clients are retirees whose arthritis benefit from his gentler side.
Away from the clinic, Casey is a sports nut. Cricket in Summer, footy in winter. A beer or a hand of poker here and there...

DR. ALLISON SMITH
OSTEOPATH
MEET ALLISON
Allison lights up when she talks about osteopathy. She is forever learning and expanding her knowledge. A former gymnast and coach, she knows firsthand what it takes to support flexibility through strength. Allison has a 3 year old daughter and a desire to support women through their pregnancy and post-natal care. She has completed specific training that is at the forefront of osteopathic pelvic floor assessment and treatment.
Allison works intuitively and makes a point of connecting with her clients through her own life experiences, and embodies the osteopathic philosophy of body, mind, and spirit.
Allison is enjoying exploring the coast with her daughter. She can often be found with Jacqui in their favourite class: boxing.

DR. TOM GUBBINS
OSTEOPATH
MEET TOM
Describing himself as a 'movement promoter', Tom firmly believes in the innate potential and resilience of the human body. It is this belief that follows him into the treatment room; as he continuously aims to encourage and educate his clients on a path to achieving their goals.
Tom is a confident manipulator and problem solver. He looks at the body as a whole with the aim to reduce pain and remove the underlying cause.
You’ll love his positivity and pragmatism when it comes to understanding the steps that need to happen for you to feel better.
Personally, Tom is dedicated to his gym training, swimming (17 straight Pier to Pubs!) and surfing. He's a Harry Potter fan, loves live music and has a great sense of humour. He often carries the Quay Osteo team at Pub Trivia.

DR. LAURA WALSH
OSTEOPATH / DIRECTOR
MEET LAURA
Laura thrives on connecting with people, this was a large part of her reason for starting Quay Osteo. She is deeply compassionate and has a special understanding of the impact of complex conditions on individuals and families and the way that stress shows up in the body.
You’ll love her intuition and ability to combine deep soft tissue, manipulation and stretching with the gentle and profound unwinding of a cranial osteopathy treatment.
Laura has returned to the clinic from maternity leave in a limited capacity with clients, focusing on chronic and complex health needs, and paediatric care. Online bookings aren’t available with Laura, if you are interested in an appointment please call the clinic to speak with Ginni.
Rest assured that Laura is always working behind the scenes, she thrives on the growth and development of our team and is extraordinarily proud of the people who make up Quay Osteo.
GINNI
PRACTICE MANAGER
MEET GINNI
Ginni is arguably the heart and soul of Quay Osteo. Her welcoming smile and regular laughter make her a favourite with clients keen for a little catch up while they wait for their appointment. Ginni’s passion for our community and helping others mean that she always has her ear to the ground for how we can be of service to those in need. With 3 boys of her own, she spends a lot of time driving to and from cricket and sitting watching for hours in between. Cooking is one of her great loves, and the Quay Osteo team is spoiled by her talent and generosity in the kitchen.

JACQUI
RECEPTIONIST
MEET JACQUI
Jacqui adds an excellent amount of Irish humour to Quay Osteo. When she's not out enjoying the Surfcoast sunshine or boxing up a storm at the gym, Jacqui is most likely making everyone laugh at the clinic. The Quay Osteo team feels lucky to have Jacqui around!
