Osteopathy
A hands on form of health care where we consider the whole picture. We have a detailed understanding of the musculoskeletal system, the ability to perform orthopedic testing and diagnose, refer for medical imaging where appropriate, and recognise the role that the other systems dis-regulation has on the body (nervous system, gut health, hormonal etc)

Pelvic Health
A strong pelvic floor is important for preventing issues like urinary incontinence for men and women and pelvic organ prolapse. Aging, pregnancy and menopause are a few of the factors affecting pelvic health.
Our Osteopaths work with patients to design treatment plans to strengthen pelvic muscles and improve pelvic health.

Dry Needling
Our osteopaths have undertaken further training to provide trigger point dry needling as an additional technique in treatments. Dry needling uses acupuncture equipment to create a deep and local, but subtle stimulation within the muscle fibres to aid the release of chronic tension and muscular pain. Particularly useful with chronic muscle tightness, fatigued/weak/overused muscles and for people who don’t necessarily like deep tissue massage.
